Hi — I'm Frank Alfano. I spent 33+ years as a regulated Ontario practitioner before going full-stack on Django and AI. Agent Esquire AI is where I put that operator discipline to work building automations, custom AI apps, and assessments for small businesses.
Agent Esquire AI builds AI that works — not AI that demos. Our work is for the small and mid-sized business owner who's tired of hearing "we should use AI for this" and wants something running by Friday.
The short version
We do four things: AI Business Assessments, n8n automation workflows, custom AI app builds on the Claude and OpenAI APIs, and AI education for teams that need to actually use the tools.

About Frank
Frank started coding on a Commodore Vic-20 at age 10 and a C64 at 12. After a 37-year detour through law school (LL.B., University of London; LL.M., Osgoode Hall) and three decades in the Ontario courts, he came back to building — and never looked back. He now builds and operates a portfolio of 20+ Django sites, n8n automations, and Claude API integrations from Hamilton, Ontario.
Operating credo: build what survives. The 90-day rule means nothing if your automation breaks at month four and nobody notices. We design AI systems the way a paralegal builds a case file — so they hold up when the conditions change.
